Classic trap game for sure. I've always felt that you really find out what your team is made of in games like this ... do they continue to keep the foot on the gas pedal, or do they let off and try to skate by on talent?

I think if the Jackets had to play L.A. on Monday instead of Tuesday, Bob would have sat this game.

Buffalo has looked so much better since Nolan got behind the bench - think this will be a 2-1 type of game one way or the other.

I don't get the hand-wringing about "overworking" Bob on this board....we just had 3 days off. plus, if he was getting shelled with 40+ shots per night, maybe you'd have a point, but we're not hanging him out to dry by any means.

Even though our PK didn't allow a PP goal against the Caps, what did you guys think of our hunker down strategy? We pretty much let them waltz right in and shoot from point blank range. I kind of like a controlled challenge of the puck by disrupting passing lanes and protecting the back side.

Miller didn't have a great game(can't remember if it was his fault though) last time these 2 teams met. I'm afraid it might be one of those "if it wasn't for Miller, we should have had 2 points" type of game.

If we win, 4-2

If we lose, 3-2 shootout but we still get a loser point.
