refs letting the isles get away with murder out there
starting from martins run at trouba from center ice because he was mad he got knocked over
we looked like a young team, deer in headlights and scrambling for a while after until that 3-0 goal
nice pushback since, but an absolute joke from the refs - the play on kravtsov, they bs on fox, the high finish from 2 guys on lindgren, how many runs into igor
smith is having a great game. k'andre continues to fight the puck, losing trouba really hurts him. dressing bitetto is really unhelpful down a dman. hajek is a guy who would probably step up with more mins, at the very least he's a far better skater / puck mover. very lucky we didn't go with jones in this, this is a street fight. refs are letting the isles run around at will. would like to see a response, but lindgren hasn't thrown many open ice hits and smith would undoubtedly actually get called if he stepped into someone. i've given up any hope of kreider ever seizing the moment and pushing back with some physical play. hes got puck battles to lose and passes to fumble. but we're not backing away, the future is still bright
