Martin is a great coach because he magnifies the nuances of defensive structure. ( Positioning, sticks in lanes, decision making etc ) Essentially all the little things.

Our offense is inconsistent because we ignore all the nuances in creating offense. We do very basic little things poorly or inconsistently
