Probably, but Kravtsov is only 15 months older than Kakko and 22 months older than Laf. It’s not a huge gap, especially between he and Kakko, but he certainly looks more like an established top six talent than either. Small sample size. And Kakko is coming on strong.

What Kravtsov has over Kakko is skating and maybe his shot. What he has over Laf is his skating. Skating can be improved.

Kravtsov may end up being the better player, but pulling those kind of predictions right now is just stupid. He has looked great, but he has not looked that much better than Kakko or Laf for me. He skates better but that's it.
