I thought for sure we'd get a 1 pm game or worse, some NBC exec would have the brilliant idea to start the game at 10 am pst, so it could be shown on the east coast.

I agree that this is dumb - a lame compromise that screws ticket buyers - people who actually ATTEND the game, but doesn't fully acquiesce to east coast expectations.

IMO ALL Kings games should start at 7:30 pacific time - 10:30 eastern time. I like staying up late for Kings games, it's a special time to see my team.

Wow. It is Saturday at 6:30 when it easily could have been at 1PM with Boston starting at 4:30 or 5PM. As a ticket holder, I'm very pleased that we are getting a night game on the weekend.

The 7PM starts during the week are much worse than this start time.

IMO ALL Kings games should start at 7:30 pacific time - 10:30 eastern time. I like staying up late for Kings games, it's a special time to see my team.

I counter-propose that any games that don't involve EST teams exclusively be 7:30 Pacific and those that do have Pacific-Eastern teams involved be 6 Pacific.
