Ottawa's going to win this game. We still have Andy and Stone who owe us a good game. Zach Smith was a beast in game 3 and I see him getting a goal, he's been close a few times this series. What can you say about Pageau?

I'm most interested in seeing Andy steal us a game, because he did that all year, I was having Condon thoughts last night, haven't lost faith in Andy but he hasn't been himself since March.

Let's go Andy from Florida, put your flip flops on, grab a Bud Light and get in the net and win us a game like a top NHL goalie.

Stone just does not look right. I'd suspect he has a pretty serious injury that is restricting his movements, especially around shooting. He seems to be able to "get in the way" of opponents as opposed to steal the puck and turn it back up the ice. His shot count is way down and those he does take seem softer than usual.

Warrior, no question, but a little time to heal might do him a ton of good.

Lets win the next two!

It might be a lot of time, which is why he's playing.

I'd think if it was a little time, he'd be sat or wouldn't practice.

Stone still managed to set up the OT winner in Game 2. I'd say that's a pretty good contribution.

You can tell that Stone is walking wounded. It is what it is unfortunately and I'm not holding out hope that he will magically start taking over games any time soon. My guess is that the team will announce a major injury after the season is over.

Hope its not the wrist again. Wonder why gloves haven't been developed that have that type of covering used in police gloves or the chain mail type of sock that was considered after Karlsson's injury.

Methot's finger should not be able to happen - ever. Stone's wrist.

Knee was there for sure. He's back to covering that off I think. Its his stick work I'm watching now.

He's lumbering around out there.

It's the mobility that is missing. If he can't get into position fast enough to steal pucks, he's just not the same guy.

He's not exactly the swiftest player at the best of times.

Methot last night on the PK was an absolute monster. He essentially ate up the entire left side of the zone and didn't touch the puck once on that PK - he's just such a great player to watch when there is open ice to eat up, he takes up so much space.

To think we are starting game 4 with Claessen as our #8 Dman, Wingels as our #13 forward - our depth is amazing. It's been the difference in the series so far.

we might have the best 1-30 depth in the NHL. Not top end heavy (besides having the best player in the NHL and maybe best Dman of all time) but 5-25 is the best in the NHL.

I hope its not that dreaded sports hernia injury. Some guys lose a step and never seem to get it back. Or at least, it takes a lot of rehab & rest to recover. He looks slow, weak and completely ineffective. Winning in 5 might give him some much needed rest. Let's go ahead and do that.

Stone played most TOI of any forward last night. Why would Boucher play him that much if he was injured?

It's going to be tough to win 2 games in Boston but it's possible. You know they're going to be heated coming into the game because of the OT call so I expect them to really get after it. If we win, I'd be ecstatic, but if we don't, that's fine as well. We got the split. To be honest, I expected the Sens to lose last night with it being the first home game by the Bruins and all but that win was just a dagger.

Let's see how it goes..

Hopefully we don't get Lalime'd again by our friend Andy. We should probably think of taking a goalie with our 1st/2nd as a contingency plan.

At this time of year almost all the players have something that keeps them from 100%, in the case of Stone he just appears to be behind the play most of the time.

Stone isn't the fastest or most agile skater and since he has come back from injury just seems to have lost a step, which is further accentuated due to the speed of playoff hockey.

Much of Stone's game is about anticipation, read the play and get to the right spots on the ice, right now he seems lost.

IMO Boucher is playing him a ton hoping Stone will score and start to play with some confidence, much like what has happened with Ryan.

Stone isn't the only one struggling, JGP has virtually disappeared which is equally disturbing.

Well being heated (overly aggressive) got them in the situation they find themselves ATM.

It wasn't a bad strategy given how inept Ottawa's PP has been, but it is a losing one if the Sens can convert there PP opportunities with any consistency.

Ottawa is the better team right now, Boston's D is decimated, so if the Sens can keep getting the puck deep behind the Bruins D they have a great chance to come home up 3-1.

PS of course Andy has to play like Andy can!
