Welcome back, waffleman. Budnick missed you. I don't know what you did, but I'm sure it was a travesty of justice glad you're back.

Guys, I really feel that this can turn our season around. Now if only Smith could stop sucking and Doan could get back into the lineup, we'd be golden. In like Flynn. Cruising down Easy Street. Resting our weary canine bones in the catbird seat.

So I guess what it boils down to, is that if Smith keeps sucking and Doan is out for much longer, waffle is banned again.*



*I should point out that I know less than **** about professional hockey. Maybe I'm totally wrong about everything; maybe I'm not. Either way, it doesn't look good for Mr. Waffle.

Alright, we know Bryzgalov's weaknesses. Shots from the blue line, either one will work, maybe even a couple of stingers from the neutral zone from Morris. Bad angle shots, and let's try and make him play the puck, so he either throws it over the glass or falls over.

I really don't understand the negative comments about the big Russian. The guy gave us several great years between the pipes. How can his last playoff appearance wipe all that away?

No question that Flyers team was better than this Oilers team but they weren't exactly defensive stalwarts either. Either way it doesn't change the fact Bryz was very good in those games. It's not a gimme just cause he's in net.

His locker room cancer behavior as mentioned by multiple former players is what wipes it away for me. His lousy playoff performances just add to the pile for me.

Considering the teams they had to ice, I'd say they did real Well with said cancer.

Edit: also, GMDM would have re signed him (cancer and all) in a heartbeat, for reasonable money.

He's on the opposition team, it's a chance to fire as many negative comments at him as you possibly can. The only Coyotes fan who should be rooting for EDM tonight is Tyson Nash.

I mean I understand his fangirling over EDM, but every time we face the Oilers, he'll mention it's his home town, childhood team, and then talk about their amazing top 4 who quite obviously cannot carry the entire franchise. We get it, Nashy, you're from Edmonton. Congrats.
