Laf & Kakko have looked like older career AHL’ers. Not physically overwhelmed, but not flashing much skill either. Kravtsov looks more like a 1st overall pick with skill and excellent skating but is falling down and a bit overwhelmed physically. He has made some really good defensive plays though

He definitely looks a little nervy still, but I agree. He’s a big, 21 year old kid though. Shouldn’t be overmatched physically at this point.

He has the best PK analytics of any forward in the league. I’ll post the clip sometime but I asked Souching if he thought Buch emerged as one of the best defensive forwards in the league and he chuckled about that idea at first and then audibly gasped and started laughing when he brought up his analytics and said my observation wasn’t too far off

Kravtsov looks comfortable.

He looks foos for his 1st game in the NHL. Playing against adults helps and advances the learning the pro game.. Lafy should have played in Europe like Auston Mathews in my opinion. He needed to play against adults.
