So Lafy is he tough guy on that kid line. More grit in his game would be a good thing and make him more engaged/ make I thought he was player that was averagely physical but noticeable in juniors or had some bite in his game.

He had game misconducts and suspensions in junior, he has a legit mean streak. Might take a bit to see that at the NHL level though

Good period. One bad shift by the fourth line getting hemmed in, but Igor bailed them out. A little over-aggressive on the play leading to the Buffalo goal on another play. But all-in-all, very good. Buffalo also very good.

Chytil should’ve passed to Kravy instead of Miller last shift, Kravy was in a really good spot to shoot. I notice he’s a lot more confident and putting himself in position to score, in Kakko’s rookie season it looked almost as if he was purposely avoiding getting into position for the shot because he was nervous and didn’t want players passing to him.

Thought Kravtsov looked more like a top end prospect in his first game so far than Kakko & Laf did in theirs.
