I don’t think the way it ended up is unfair. The hit didn’t seem dirty to me.

But I also completely agree that if you switched the jerseys it would be even strength right now.

I'm fine with the hit, late whistle and Rooney off balance. But against the Flyers this happened a few times and the Rangers didn't get the call.

The way that period ended, with Smith passing it and Kreider mishandling it, is sooo classic.

We got the penalty because Blackwell dropped his gloves and engaged Oshie in a fight. Thought that was pretty clear.

I also don't think it was a dirty hit. That was a good, clean hit. If we remove hard hits like that might as well remove hitting all together.

Only reason Oshie was anywhere near the head is because he had has head down and was hunched over.
