I totally agree. Same with Lafreniere. He will need the same developmental curve as Kakko. This won’t come up on a chart or whatnot.

Laf just doesn’t know where to go. He meant to support in the corner but ended up just closing Chytil off. It almost feels like no one is actually coaching him. Like they just move him around and hope he figures it out but no one is actually giving him feedback. I’m sure that’s not right, but it doesn’t look like he’s learning anything. He only shows anything on the rush with the puck on his stick. He has no idea where to go in the zone.
