The worst team in the east(besides Lumbus) just please win. That's all I ask I don't care how.
 
i'm probably the only one that thinks it's fate that bernier gets his first win over the team that traded him away. no one in toronto thinks it's going to happen.. 90% of kings fans don't think it's going to happen... but here i am being a li'l kings grinch expecting it to happen somehow.

really hope i'm wrong.

Johnny B is going to beat the Kings. Already ok with the result, I am hoping for at least a point though. I'll say 3-2 Toronto in a Shootout.
 
You are all doomsayers and you are all ****ing wrong.

This isn't the same regular season Kings team we have seen in years' past. They are taking care of business and not mailing games in this season. Bernier is playing awful and I don't see a way out for him in this game. Just because the stars align which leads some of you to think this, the games usually go the way they should. This isn't Buffalo who have improved greatly on talent. This is Toronto where there is a real lack of talent and the only reason Toronto has done as well as they should (reminding you they are tied for last place in the league) is because Babcock is squeezing every bit of effort he can out of these guys.

All things being equal, Kings should get out to an early multiple-goal lead and drain the energy out of the game from there. I expect nothing less than a regulation win in this one.
 
imo sutter will be mixing lines again, experimenting with some ideas. it should be an educational game. lucic and kopi tandem is my biggest question, the opponent is perfect to check this combo offensively. plus i hope to see lewis on ice.

Agree. This game should be as close to a gimme as you're ever going see.

I liked Lucic with Toffoli and Carts more.... but excited to see this line up.

Ultimately it wont matter. 0-3, Bernier with the shutout.
 
uh... is there a reason the Kopitar thread is being discussed on the trade board but not here?
