Can the Bruins make one change when they get hemmed in their zone?
Two wings cover the points and allow the D and the center take the three guys Down low. Collapsing down leaves the points wide open for a play or a shot.

I have survived the afternoon bike bus return trip. Time to warm up the hands and feet. Last night I was asked by the lady friend, "My mom said she's making strip steaks and...."

YES

I didn't let her finish the question. So I think we will be heading over there for dinner, back on the couch right around puck drop. Crank the heat, grab myself some Lay's and have myself a Friday night!

For some reason I am putting a lot of weight on this game. I think the Bruins should have been much better the last couple weeks, and hopefully they feel the same. Take it out on the Jets and I'll be happy.

Tonight Alex Faust will become only the 7th person to call play by play on a local telecast of a Bruins regular season game joining Jack Edwards, Dale Arnold, Dave Shea, Don Earle, Fred Cusick and Frank Ryan. ( Sean McDonough and Tom Caron did call several preseason games )

I’m feeling mostly better today, but Megan is projectile vomiting.

Baby is teething and acting like a complete maniac.

We were supposed to do pre-Christmas Eve with my family and had to cancel.

(One can only hope when it comes to Christmas Day with my MIL!)

Go, B’s!
Hope Megan feel better soon!

I am working until 3 CT and then I will be taking a well deserved nap. Not sure what is kicking my ass more; the sinus infection or the meds.

Let's go Bruins and I hope all of us who are sick right now get better soon

Play hard. Play fast. Activate the defence. Get shots on net. Not shooting in the chest but actually try getting some goals, eh? Play physical. Battle. Don't givev up. No injuries. Let's get it.

You already know the drill!

And if it goes to overtime again, play 2 D, 1 F, and play for the shootout. I love "Cholly" Coyle, but he's too slow for OT.
