I wonder if Johnson in means Kastelic back to the 4th line? I really liked Kastelic's forechecking on the 3rd line but Johnson doesn't really fit the 4th's identity.
I really liked that line too and I think Freddy was better with Kastelic on that line, but in fairness it seems any line they put Kastelic on improves from what it was.

Sacco said he hadn't decided and it sounds like he might move people around depending on how the game goes.

Hope your right. Has talent needs to be better in d zone.

Give it time. He's young and he's going to make mistakes.

Despite what I wrote about no untouchables (sic), Lohrei is a keeper.

At present, the Bruins are a playoff team but not a challenger.

It's the best situation in which to learn and grow.

And Mason will. Sooner than expected.

Lohrei is not good. Rather see Wortherspoon in. Johnson at least has some speed.
Play heady, experienced Johnson.

For me Kastelic needs to remain in the top 9. The third line seems perfect, I think he has been a good influence on Frederic so far. I also think he has been one of the top 6 or 7 Bruins players based on this season only. He's the type of guy you reward in a Meritocracy, which Sacco is trying to build.

Pasta, Marchand, Lindholm, Coyle, Zacha, Kastelic, Brazeau, Frederic, Koepke, Geekie, Beecher, and everyone else.

Bruins make lineup tweaks for Seattle

As one might have expected after the 8-1 drubbing at the hands of the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday, the Bruins are making a couple of lineup changes for Thursday’s game against the Seattle Kraken (10 pm).

Up front, Tyler Johnson will go in for Marc McLaughlin and, on defense, Parker Wotherspoon will jump in for Mason Lohrei.

In net, Joonas Korpisalo will get the crease.

“We want to get back to our game here tonight,” said coach Joe Sacco. “It’s more what we’re doing, it’s not so much about what they are. For us, it’s about establishing our game early and staying with it the whole game, not letting it slip away from us.”

I’ll watch it, but if they lay an egg I’ll hit the hay early. As Seattle is out of the playoffs right now, expect the Bruins to win as they can only beat bottom feeders so far this year. Meh.
If they continue to take stupid/lazy penalties, they won't win this one either! Until they find some D that can clear the zone without hitting their own players in the arse, putting it over the glass, or just giving it right back to the other team they will be a .500 hockey club.
