Just read up on how they got rid of Lehner's contract again. Suspect little pow wow between Mcrimmon, Bettman to figure out what to do and how to get rid of the Cap Hit without stepping on Lehner's paranoid toes. Becoming a home owner is a great accomplishment! Especially in this type of world where everything is so expensive. I bought my first place in Edmonton in August 2023. It's about the same size as your's and has been really good to us.

We were living with my wife's parents for a few months before this and it was hell. Her mom is a serious psycho, makes us appreciate this even more having our own space haha
