Kakko having no confidence in his shot right now is the kind of thing that might not be a problem if he gets some PP time in Strome's place or something. Even picking up assists or just putting some pucks on net to create rebounds. Give Gauthier Chytil Laf 50-60 seconds of PP time every other PP as well. Not sure why that continues to be non-negotiable.

You punish and you punish and you grind players against the dogmatic defense first and don't do this don't do that because it's not safe, we end up with what we're seeing. Kakko, Lafreniere, Chytil completely drained with no confidence in their shot, in their game.

You'd think these foundational lottery picks were mid rounders with how Quinn/the organization is treating them. They're trying to turn them into Callahan and Dubinsky type players. Matthews, Mackinnon, Draisaitl, Barkov, etc. This is the tier of talent we should expect them to turn into if properly developed. It does not look good so far.
