Buchnevich hits the post with 3 seconds left. Not good to lose a home game to The Sharks. I expected Holloway to dominate against them. But he must have been tired after his taking over the road trip, as the skating machine that never stopped, or even slowed down. I hope they come back determined to make their next opponent pay.

Not too happy about the loss. That being said, this is a young team that's going to make some mistakes that will cost them games, but this may be the first time I've really seen Thomas, Kyrou, and Parayko take ownership of this team with the push in the third period.

Were in the middle of a re-tool we absolutely are gonna have a roller coaster of a couple years here. We need to be patient and keep expectations in line, games like tonight are gonna happen on occasion. Were building towards 2026, sure if Dvorsky and Snuggerud both come out hot we may over-perform next season and that may bump up our competitive window a year. But this season was always gonna be one big transition year. Many need to slightly lower expectations, and realize the team may go through even more swings in play as more and more young players make the roster and get adjusted. The overall vision is still on track.
