Not happy about this. Lily has been great, and we need offense. Also, Engvall on the fourth line? Prefer to see him play with Micky and Kampf. They wre unreal in the regular season together.
Surprised Clifford didn't get back in. Hope Fat Maroon and Bobble Head Perry don't hurt anyone.
Did anyone noticed the sign someone had at the last game: Pat Maroon looks like a 15 yr old Dutch girl
Thanks man. I'm traveling actually and need to wake up at 2:30 AM to catch a flight. Here on the east coast the game will start around 9PM. I'm actually debating watching the game and just not going to bed, lol.
I mean, if we want to talk about who got caved in, Jake Muzzin and TJ Brodie got much more caved in than Liljegren.
So should we take them out?

Hasn't shown much; hasn't been given much. He at least has the ability to play C.I don't get why blackwell is in? I havent seen anything from him that was effective for the Leafs.
I would have preferred Kase on the 4th line, but none of those guys can really play LW. Engvall can play LW.
I imagine the idea with the 2nd line is have Tavares do all of the dirty work again and open up space for a couple of shooters in Kase and Nylander. I don't expect those guys to be in front of the net. 3rd line is obviously a shutdown line who can go up against their top 6. That means Cooper has to effectively find a way to put out one of his top 6 lines against our 4th line if he wants to have a matchup advantage, and even our 4th line (with Blackwell and Engvall on it) can smother things defensively. I wouldn't be surprised if we double shift some of the guys on the 3rd line too, especially for defensive zone draws.
4th line should be able to handle any antics from Maroon/Perry (without taking penalties) but more importantly will provide some more value at both ends of the ice. Spezza provides more offense and better faceoff ability. Engvall provides more defense. I also think Keefe is putting his money on the refs after the first two games too, and hoping that they continue calling the antics that have got Perry/Simmonds/Clifford/Maroon in trouble. If they do, their 4th line loses much of their effectiveness and ours can take it to them.
Completely agree. Holl in over Liljegren is a disaster waiting to happen. Keefe needs be fired if they lose this series. Bring in Bruce Boudreau, a guy that has wanted to coach this team. Apparently Vancouver isn’t offering him a contract.If we lose this series because Keefe plays Holl over Liljegren please just fire him. Complete and utter bullshit. Should have been Lyubushkin coming out if Keefe is that desperate to turn to Holl (lmao).
"Keefe should be fired for changing the lines up so much"Gotta love all the arm chair GM's/coaches in here lol
DH = Designated Hitter??Ugh.
For some reason I scheduled a DH tonight. What a jackass

"Here's my version of the lineup"
*absolute blender*
I don't think changing our PP would be a good idea after having the best PP in the league all season.
