oh shit man. I'm so sorry. Been through that with a few dogs now and it never gets easier.

we have a 12 year old pit mix and i'm trying to enjoy every day with him and not worry about what's coming.

It's the heartbreakingly awful end but is still worth it for all the years of joy and love they provide.

That is such a handsome lad. Always difficult to say goodbye, but that's part of the deal when we get those lovable pets. I have a 16-year-old pup that's still trucking better than one might expect but I know we're in the final chapter, so I'm trying to cherish every fun moment.
