I like that we are playing Pickard. I've been wanting us to upgrade him, but that's just because our own coach doesn't treat him like anything other than a back up. I want a backup that the coach feels comfortable playing more than Skinner when Skinner slumps.

If Pickard does awesome, then maybe coaching shows more faith in him, and maybe Pickard can evolve into more of what we need. If he does bad and the coach loses some faith, then the need to get a goalie becomes more obvious to the ones making that call
