2 goal comeback in the 3rd at home with a marchy goal? Yeah i'll take that
If they stopped gifting teams unearned goals, 2 goal comebacks would not be needed! Coach is finally limiting Carlos ice time, must be seeing all the falling down for no reason.

Angry 3rd period, love it.

Marchand himself again.
Teams like Florida play that style from puck drop! We play that way after dirty hits or 3 goal deficits! Now with the Leafs being coached by Berube, they play that way also, so don't be too quick to hope we play them in the POs.

Didn't notice this until watching the highlights this morning. On the OT goal, Zacha is still picking up his stick in the corner as Pasta rounds the net ... back into the play just in time!

That's a Bruin thing, either drop your stick or fall down for no reason, or both!

A thousand miles from nowhere

I actually agree with Torts on diving and cheating the game. Absolutely hate it. Falling down or even whipping the head back when undeserved is not "selling it" its just plain BS.
Sort of like ads on the jersey, we will slowly put up with it until it turns into a joke. Players used to pride themselves on playing through things like that, now they embellish for a call. Embellishment penalty should be the two plus a ten for unsportsmanlike conduct. See if that keeps players honest.

He should just keep his trap shut until after he looks at the tape of the game and sees his rookies falling all over the ice. I guess they missed the meeting on "respecting" the game.

His Diving rookie took McAvoy off the ice for 4 minutes that never should have happened.

Still, even now it's only TWO the day after. Surprising.
The GDT ran well after the game was over, but there's a group of fans who have said this team will not make the playoffs with their current roster and need a total rebuild, so you won't see them on here if the B's are winning

..but once the B's go into another tailspin I'm sure we'll see many more posts

I am really looking forward to seeing how they stack up against some good competition over the next couple weeks. See where we’re at.
That is what I am looking forward too, they had a very soft schedule the last few weeks against some bad teams. Keep it simple, pucks to the net, skate hard and hit everything.

This road trip will tell us what they really got

Think I'm looking further out.

Sway is still miles from normal Sway. I think Allstar break we'll know what they've got. If they can stay no worse than 9th till then and come together to their max potential then, I'll be happy.

I still expect lumps now, specially with Sway not even being a .900% goalie most nights.

I am not going to put this much thought in it.

They need to play with grit and win anyway possible. Then they will show who they are.

Personally speaking just not overly invested in this team at this point. Some is performance, some is personal stuff going on, but it's just harder and harder to get overly excited or upset about regular season hockey. I enjoy watching, but it's not really a must watch for me this year at this point.
I get that. I am so distressed and sad about many things. I need hockey to distract me from everything else. If they win it makes me feel a bit better.

Sending a hug

Watching the Bruins feed, I was unaware so much energy was being directed toward the diving. I dig Torts, but there is no rule that penalties have to be even. The B's were out-skating the Flyers from the outset, so the lopsided penalty count is understandable.

The Flyers' 2-0 lead was a mirage. If the B's PP had any finish at all, that wouldn't have even happened.

I've watched Michkov a lot (I'm a big fan). I do think other teams are trying to get him off his game via rookie hazing. However, they can't chirp him since he doesn't understand English.

I can't believe Torts benched Konecny in OT. I'm all for coaches holding players accountable, and it was a dumb penalty. But perhaps a double standard for elite players is justified.

As for winning and losing, I enjoy the skill and athleticism of the games; but have little emotional investment in the outcome.
