My problem is even with yet another new coach I do not know how to fix this group realistically.

There is a lot of skill that could do well elsewhere but are having issues here. It is a real puzzle. Fox? Kam? Mika? Kreider? All have talent. All have trade value. All have issues here right now.

This board will throw out a dozen different solutions but all that tells me is that the board does not know how to fix it either.

I personally would like to see 3-4 guys moved at the same time. That could be in 4 different trades but announced at the same time so that we have to dress AHL guys for a game. Maybe that shock and awe move might be enough to right the locker room.

Drury needs to go full Neil Smith with the trades. Not for rentals but just purging the bad vibes.
