Listening to Nirvana, I’m getting a good feeling about the rest of the season!
If only we could trade for early-90s Krist Novaselic, and maybe Dave G on D (Cobain too frail), we’d be unbeatable.

Add more red to the Wings’ sweaters tonight and blow them away with the new offence!

Red Wings, Blackhawks, Flyers.

At MINIMUM, you need to collect four out of six points against this outfit of misfit toys.
Flyers have been playing well lately and are tied in points and better winning % than Boston. Detroit does have speed upfront and with Boston's D basically having issues this game is no gimme, then have to play in Chicago, with that game being the 3rd in 4 nights. I would bet a few bucks they enter the Philly game with 2 points from Detroit.

Would much rather beat Detroit in regulation than win in Chicago.

ESPN, or just ESPN+?

EDIT: I cant read. No TV for me I guess

Under Monty
20 games | 5 Regulation Wins
GFA: 2.30 | GAA: 3.45

Under Sacco
6 games | 4 Regulation Wins
GFA: 2.67 | GAA: 1.83

Not every game is pretty and yeah we're often frustrated. But these are steps in the right direction.
Also worth note, the eye test results are often much better as well. It's not perfect consistency yet, but their play has been trending upward at least. Baby steps

I’m still getting used to them being in the eastern conference.

A little less so in terms of Toronto, because the Bruins have had some classic playoff series against them.
I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Still weird to me the Wings are now just another Eastern team rather than one of the big three I watched trade blows and cups with Colorado and Dallas growing up.
