I’m scared to death of the Bruins becoming the Pittsburgh Penguins.

It haunts my dreams.

(Not really, but it could very well be where they end up as a franchise soon. At least the Pens won 3 Cups during the post lockout era)

Maybe both teams should combine aging stars and give it one last run.

I am so used to a matinee against the Rags on this day. I am retired but used to take the day off every year to watch. I have fond memories of a courier coming to the door one year and I was dressed head to toe in Bruins gear - he looked me up and down and said "Oh....". It was priceless.

Bring on the Pens, let's keep on rolling!

This is a good opportunity for the Bruins to kinda settle in before their schedule cranks up the heat majorly;

11/29: vs. PIT
12/1: vs. MTL
12/3: vs. DET
12/4: @ CHI
12/7: vs. PHI

Even this isn't really as easy as appears because of the lack of rest between games, but all those teams are mediocre to bad. Personally grateful since all but one game out of this is on Sportsnet lol.

As for the Pens today; not really concerned. This team is awful

- League leading 97 goals allowed in 24 games.

- Sid and Geno are trying with 23 and 21 points respectively but the rest of the roster is subpar

- Alex Nedeljkovic gets the start who despite his horrendous .877 sv% might actually be the Pens best goalie.
