OTTAWA SENATORS (11-12-0) @ ST. LOUIS BLUES (13-14-1)
TV: TSN5, RDS | Radio: TSN 1200, 94.5 Unique-FM
Tonight the Senators kick off their longest (well tied for their longest) road trip of the season. Starting in St. Louis the Sens will be on the road until December 23rd when they host the Penguins and it's a challenging road along the way. Four of the five teams are actively in playoff spots with St. Louis sitting just one point out coming into tonight. To make it more interesting, the Senators will face three of the top ten teams in the NHL on this road trip. A good test to see where the team stands heading into the holidays.

PROJECTED LINEUP

Tkachuk - Norris - Giroux
Tarasenko - Stutzle - Batherson
Kubalik - Greig - Joseph
Kelly - Chartier - Kastelic

Sanderson - JBD
Chychrun - Zub
Brannstrom - Hamonic

Korpisalo
Forsberg

I hope Kastelic brings some energy this time around. Was thinking he was playing his way off the team before the injury.
Chartier's play has really dipped lately this should keep him honest. They couldnt take him out before because there wasnt any other center options.

Do we know who is starting? Who has the better history against these two teams on the back to back?

I'm expecting Korpisalo, he's definitely proven to be our best goalie so far.

So many but here are a few off the top of my head:

-2001: A Space Odyssey AKA the goat
-The Matrix
-Looper
-Edge of Tomorrow
-Alien(horror sci-fi but it still fits)

The Thing as always felt more like pure horror even if it has sci-fi elements.

Some iconic choices. For sure, the thing is horror forward but it's got all the hallmarks. Similar to event horizon for me.

How did I miss alien and edge of tomorrow?! Adding the recent Dune movie bc it slaps

Christmas party night.

Can’t wait to check the score and drink more
They will give you every excuse for another round...

I wonder how Kasty would look w Greig & Joseph?! (banging bodies and creating chaos)

That way, Kubalik could be moved down to 4th, or benched. Or traded for bag of pucks, & bring up Crookshank

On the road I would go back to Jo Greig Tarasenko .. and try for more balance across the 3 lines. I like Jo on the left side better as well.
Last change is a factor. I'd do it now before we lose a game and make adjustments as a result.

I would not mind seeing Kelly, Kasty, Reinhart on the 4th line. Some other winger that can skate and be a bit of a shit disturber on the forecheck.

Our bottom 4 forewords could all be upgraded.

To be fair the George Clooney Solaris is underrated. They did a decent job with it
The author hated both movies tho lol

Arrival was lights out good.

Annihilation is another, although I preferred the books for many reasons
Loved annihilation totally forgot to put that on

Yeah like I didn't love the books but they were far more interesting than the movie imo.
The interesting thing about the movie was how he wrote the screenplay after reading the books once, and never referenced it again. So some major themes and concepts come over but it's very much its own thing.
