That's the thing. You're right, but I'm not sure that energy exactly amounts to having fun out there. Seems like they're being told to work hard but the players know that what they're doing just isn't working nor amounting to sustainable results

Blast it from the point, throw trash through crowds at the net. Ugly goals count, it seems like they are constantly looking for the right pass or play. Toss some garbage at the goalie and hope for a bounce or a deflection.

You see 20+ plays a game, probably more, where that kind of interference could be called. Hell, you even see guys changing direction to slow guys down and it's rarely called. I don't know what interference even is in this league anymore. Seems entirely subjective by the game/ref/moment
