They might have tried 2 rounds for a couple years. Those where the years when Winnipeg had an amazing team....but had to go through Edmonton and Calgary to get out of the division.

Honestly feeling pretty optimistic rn given the teams overall play during this last stretch. Hands down the most dominant play I've seen from this group.

Otherwise on a personal note, I'm going to choose to believe this team can succeed this year vs expecting them to lose. Will they falter sometimes? Sure. Ottawa seems to play better against big teams, but it all comes down to goaltending and defensive details tonight. The forecheck has to be relentless, they need to keep Carolina in their zone otherwise the Canes will be all over the Sens in their kitchen.
