Habs are improving. Last 2 games have been close. They need to gain some confidence. Hopefully with Condotta centering the 4th they play a good balanced game rolling 4 lines. Keep it close, play solid defensively. I would keep Xhekaj and Struble in. Go Habs Go!!

Didn't know Curtis Lazar was still in the NHL. I was actually hyped about this prospect in his draft year.

Anyway, still hoping for a win there (after all, we are still only 3 points away from a wildcard spot). But have to be realistic here, Devils has a good group of players. Hopefully we capitalize on the weaknesses of Allen (known by most of our players).

Yeah He's a great energy guy that does everything you could wish out of 4th liner and is always willing to block a shot. He adopted Luke hughes as his son and him and Hamilton are a comedy duo. Sadly he suffered a broken foot injury so is out for awhile.

Can the Hab's not play Jackeye so the Devils don't have to have MacDermid play? please?

I would like to see a shake up to the lineup a bit to get a possible spark.

Caufield Suzuki Slafkovsky
Heineman Dach Anderson
Newhook Dvorak Gallagher
Pezzetta Evans Armia

Hutson Guhle
Matheson Struble
Xhekaj Savard

There's many things I would like to see, at least as experiment at this point....
Would still like to split Suzuki and Caufield and try to balance the lines.

When paired, these 2 are the defacto top line, but if they on different line, it's harder to cover both our best forward at the same time.

Slafkovsky - Suzuki - Newhook
Anderson - Dach - Caufield
Armia - Evans - Gallagher
Heineman - Dvorak - RHP

Our record will be 4-8-2. Four wins in 14 games.

And you know what, normally the games in the early season are easier to win than the games in late season. Reaching Feb and March, games become tougher. If we struggle now, then it will be worse in Feb and March.
