Notes: This is the first game of the extremely rare 2 game Home-and-Home series. The Oilers are slumping, having lost 5 games in a row (0-2-3). James Wisniewski is likely making his comback after crashing into the boards at roughly 25 mp/h. He may or may not have had a concussion. Ask the Dispatch guys. They'll tell you.

Please email Mattlund your winning Bingo cards for your No-Prize.

I look for Edmonton to come out hard tonight. They need a win in the worst way to break out of their funk, and we are the slump busters.

Jackets are 2 points from 30th place in the NHL. Nuff said.

Really doesn't matter whether the Oil finish 17th or 30th or anywhere in between. They seem to have that lottery magic.

For the Jackets, no luck would be good luck. Nuff said.

I will be there.

Anisimov is little inconsistent but has shown great flashes. Game breaking potential.

Dubinsky hasn't been scoring but he battles every shift hard out there.

Erixon needs more seasoning, defensively. We'll see in few more years what he can do.

Hopefully this trade works out for you and i hope Ryan Murray has a speedy recovery as i want to see what he can do for you guys, he was one of my favorite prospects!!! :)

Got to be honest. I rarely look forward to watching the other teams players but I want to see Eberle, RNH, Hall, Yakupov, etc. That could be a sick top six in a couple of years. My sense is we see flashes of it tonight since I don't think the CBJ will be able to match their speed consistently.

The game should be an interesting clash in styles.

Lmao.

By clash in styles you mean one team that has a lot of skill vs one team that doesn't.

Gotta agree that they are a fun team to watch. Have to add Schultz to the list of guys to keep an eye on. I watched Det-Ed yesterday and he made several sick moves. He scored a pp goal on a laser wrist shot and made a great move shortly before but Howard stonewalled him. Need to ridicule this team now because in a few years its going to be hard to catch them.

Loved the Rimer bingo card. Left (or right) wing pass (feed) should be there somewhere.

I would add insert random 4th liner here is a "real Jacket killer." That's my favorite.

Prediction - Jack Johnson sets CBJ TOI record at 75 minutes (60 minutes regulation, 5 minutes O.T., 5 minutes playing goalie during the shootout, 5 minutes reffing the Future Jackets game during the 1st intermission).

Bonus prediction - For the shootout Richards sends out Umberger, Gillies, and Boll.

Leading to an exciting conclusion in which Boll and Gilles suprisingly score to knot the shootout tally at 2. Leaving our "star" Umby--who promptly tires out and cannot complete the penalty shot collapsing on the ice right before the release. Then Mase cannot stop a sweet move by Yakupov--Jackets lose a tight one.

During the post game show Richards explains how he likes to use the shootout to "jumpstart" players who haven't been producing recently.
