Came here to say this, as usual, beaten to it.

The main Trade Board will have the constant "Vilardi for some team's crap vet + 2nd" new thread every month now.

Oh god... reminds of those incessant "Halak + Ryder + 3rd" trade proposals from several years back.

Nice. Hope he’s ready next year. Too bad he can’t go to Ontario for some pro experience next year.
If he goes back to juniors, what’s he gonna do - score 3ppg?

Given that his #13 and #73 are taken, does he go the reverse route of wearing #31? Which looks odd on a player since that’s usually a goalie number. Or perhaps he’ll go with Bob Kudelski and Patrice Tardif’s old number, #37.

2.25+ isn't out of the realm of possibility, especially if he were traded to a loaded team, he would likely leave Kingston as they will lose Cliff Pu and maybe Jason Robertson as well.

If the Kings find some playoff success and Vilardi’s team exits early, there is a chance for him to play some NHL games this season. Not likely to happen and I heard it would burn a year on the entry level deal.
