He's had more than enough time to recoup. He would have been coming back around this time had the season started on time.

If Gabby and Sauer are back and healthy, this team will do tons of damage.

Gabby had a bad shoulder injury early in the season and never really got back into the flow of things. Then he got concussed and had what was possibly the worst statistical season of his career.

And it's not as if Nash was playing in a system that dissimilar from what we do here. From what I remember of the BJ's under Scott Arniel, they played an aggressive forechecking scheme that required a lot of board work, and then asked everyone to get back quickly to block a lot of shots in front. They obviously weren't successful with it, but I think Nash was being asked to do a lot of the same things he'll be doing here.
