Brisket is the worst cut of meet.on the whole cow. Tough as leather.
It's all in how you cook it.
I'm not even talking about Texas smoked BBQ or whatever. But that also counts as the key is to take your time with it. Roasted, smoked, boiled or brined. You can't rush it.
It's pretty much the only cut of beef I'll buy. Mostly because of the cost, but it's also adaptable to so many dishes and methods.
But yeah, if you're looking for something you can serve rare/blue, it's a horrible option.
As for the game, I went to bed midway through the 2nd. Just after Utah made it 3-0 on the PP. From what I saw it wasn't as grotesque a beating as the score might indicate. Some unlucky deflections, Colorado looking a bit flat but not outright bad. Nothing to really rail against or praise about this game.
I will say that it is nice to have Toews looking more like himself this last little while. He had a rough start, injuries notwithstanding.
