A Rossi benching is always the right thing to do, in Hynes mind.Benched!
Explain to me why he doesn't get a look on the PP or the last 2 minutes after he has drawn that penalty? Boldy, Johansson, Kap, Ek where all out there, Rossi was the only one of the top 6 who didn't.Here we go with the stupid ass “Rossi is a victim and Hynes hates him”

They played with 2 defenders to protect the lead, then Kap got caught on an extended shift. If he had managed to get off the ice, I think Rossi would have played on that last PP shift.Explain to me why he doesn't get a look on the PP or the last 2 minutes after he has drawn that penalty? Faceoff prowess, or lack thereof. Course Ek is going to get the call when the situation is protecting a leadExplain to me why he doesn't get a look on the PP or the last 2 minutes after he has drawn that penalty? Of course. Can't keep that talent on the bench, right?Trenin was even out there
You are very easy to bait, that was too easyHere we go with the stupid ass “Rossi is a victim and Hynes hates him”

It’s pretty easy: Hynes wanted to have two D men out there with a one goal lead. And Kap just stayed out the whole two minutes.Explain to me why he doesn't get a look on the PP or the last 2 minutes after he has drawn that penalty? Watch the game and you would know.Explain to me why he doesn't get a look on the PP or the last 2 minutes after he has drawn that penalty? Boldy, Johansson, Kap, Ek were all out there, Rossi was the only one of the top 6 who didn't.
People with stupid takes drive me up a wall. Sorry not sorry. You are very easy to bait, that was too easy
That could be true, I'll guess we'll never know. It's more likely that double shifting Kaprizov was the intention, Gaudreau was the center on the ice for the last part of the PP

Shhhhhh, don’t let certain posters see this. Doesn’t fit their narrative.Probably not. It does seem like Hynes doesn't fully trust Rossi at this point though, for whatever reason. Although reuniting him with Kaprizov earlier in the game is arguably the biggest reason we ended up winning this game.
I actually think Rossi is slowly climbing up the ladder. And I think the small step approach they seem to take with giving him responsibility starts to make sense. Rossi is earning it right now and he gets put more and more in prime situations. Not all of them and he doesn’t have to be. There are others ahead of him on the priority list. He will get there eventually.Probably not. It does seem like Hynes doesn't fully trust Rossi at this point though, for whatever reason. No, it's a conspiracy to ruin my 4-2 Wild post on the Prediction Thread. The league and it's refs clearly hate me.I'm thinking this is a referee conspiracy to keep Trenin from doubling his total points.
