Couldn't find his thread so I started a new one, Danish goalie with good size, was supposed to play in the OHL last year, this year he's in Allsevnskan and after a tough start he's won 5 in a row giving up just 4 goals over that span.

Dichow wins again today, now has won 6 in a row after losing his first 4 games. He's given up 6 goals in the last 6 games. He's now 5th in the league in save %, 6th in the league in gaa, and tied for 4th in wins

big win for him today, gave up just the 1 goal vs the top team in the league. He's been on fire ever since that poor start, he's given up just 9 goals in the last 8 games.

back to back shutouts for Dichow as he won his 10th of the season today. After a slow start where he went 0-4 giving up 17 goals, he's now 10-1 since then giving up just 14 goals. wow.

Doesn't look to be under contract for 2022/2023. Could he be a candidate for Laval next year?

yes, it's been reported that the Habs are in discussion with him as to what the best plan is for him next year, SHL or AHL. The Habs don't have to sign him till June 2023 so they have some time but also could have an opening in Laval next season depending on what moves are made and what the plan for the new GM is.

I would have put this in the Olofsson thread but it would take too long to find it.

Pretty safe to say he has outgrown the Allsvenskan at this point. The question is just is it SHL or AHL next year.

@montreal, who do you like out of Dobes and Dichow? I've seen quite a bit of Dobes (admittedly much from your posts :) ), but much less of Dichow. Thanks!

I like both, though I haven't seen as much of Dichow, Dobes is a lot of fun to watch, he's aggressive and has that don't take shit kind of attidude.

Thanks mate! Love Dobes' mix of size, athletisism and agression! He's got great upside I think.
