To this point he is a bit of a trivia question in terms of his NHL career (drafted by the Wild one round before Kaprizov but never signed).

Now 26, he played for the Czech Republic this past weekend in the Euro Trophy tournament and is among the leading goalies in the Czech league numbers-wise (in fairness playing on a dominant team).

He is a big goalie and given the dearth of quality net minders is there a chance a club takes a flier on him this summer?

Depends on him completely. Sure someone would like to sign him but does he want to risk having to spend a year in the AHL? Kvaca has been one of the best Extraliga goalies for years and never signed with an NHL team, identical situation.
