Look closely at Phil's plaid pants. I can't find other cards from this set online but other Bruins were similarly pictured and several of them wore the same pair of #17 gloves. Apparently they just showed up for the pics and threw their jerseys on over their street clothes without putting on any shoulder/elbow pads...

There were all kinds of weird looking cards in the first couple of seasons after expansion because of all the player movement. A lot of heads superimposed on other players bodies and a lot of players pictured in sweaters that were crudely drawn over their original uniform by what appears to have been an eight year old. Photoshop was decades away.

If someone has the Frank Mahovlich card from either 68/69 or 69/70 please post it. It is a classic.

I wish I still had mine.

basically any 90s card that have Ken Danyko or Doug Gilmour with their mouths open. And I believe the Darren Turcott 91-92 UD All Rookie card had him shooting the wrong hand

Paul MacLean's rookie card from 1981-82 OPC:

I have the card, and when he was introduced as the Senators coach last summer I thought he looked a little different than the card. As HNIC pointed out a few months ago, it is actually Larry Hopkins on the card.

I also post on reddit hockey. Someone made a typo in a comments section, calling him "Jarg", people made fun of him, and someone who was bored photoshopped what Jagorim Jarg would look like. I thought it was funny because I'm five years old.
