It's no secret that the Los Angeles Kings, who began the season on quite the hot streak, were pretty much stopped cold in November. They even lost seven out of eight games before a shootout win over the Anaheim Ducks on November 25.

But that win over Anaheim started the Kings on a five-game winning streak that included a perfect 4-0 record on their most recent road trip.

How interesting. Explains a lot about the Chicago game. Can't imagine how difficult it is to stay focused when you are anticipating the flight back home in a few hours after a tightly knit road trip.

Not sure where you got that. They need goaltending and scoring. The story looks at both, and mostly from the mouths of Brown and Kopitar.
