Howdy y’all, how’s jack Campbell been ?!?

I was a huge fan of him and was so happy when we drafted him but something went wrong and he never developed into what I thought he could.


Do y’all think he can hold down the fort while quick is hurt ?!

He has so far. Arguably the best player since Quick went out. The reason we only lost 2-1 to the Jets. Could've been a whole lot worse if not for him.

The best part is watching interviews with him; you can tell he has confidence in himself now that he seemed to lack before. Hoping he continues to improve the way Jones did for us.

Bill Ranford does what he always does. He looks at each goaltender, and using their best attributes, makes them the best they can be.

It seems like it's all between the ears for Campbell. He looks to be oozing confidence right now so we'll see what he can do. Looking like worst case scenario is a Brian-Elliot-style guy who can give you about 40 games before it all falls apart but if he can keep it together who knows? Every move he makes right now is a calm effort to get in front of the puck and it's magnificent to watch.
