Tippett said the format of the game is still being decided but it likely will feature three periods that will last 15 minutes each.

UPDATE: The Coyotes on Wednesday recalled seven players from the team's affiliate in the American Hockey League to play in the scrimmage. They are: Chris Brown, Chris Conner, Brandon Gormley, Rob Klinkhammer, Brendan Shinnimin, Chris Summers and Jordan Szwarz.

Would be nice to have a feed on their website or something.

Pretty nice turn out for a 5pm door opening on a weekday. Quick periods, but nice to see them out there.

All 10 of those defensemen are NHL competent right now.

Klinkhammer apparently wants some NHL ice time and is willing to work to show his stuff.

Labarbera. In the shoot around, he got his stick stuck in the net, then dropped it, then had trouble picking it up. They must just keep him around as comic relief. And he's big enough that about 90% of the pucks hit him anyways.
