Klingberg would be an improvement on PP.

I’m hopeful that Chabot’s numbers will go up. I’ve been waiting for a roster that is good enough offensively to see if he can put up big numbers.

Klingberg is a bit of a gamble given the drop off in play but it’s the old story where if the guy is perfect, Dallas would find a way to keep him and he wouldn’t be available.

Most available guys have warts unless they come from a team that is burning the whole house down.

Idk, I don't see F as ever being a 25-30 goal guy. You said earlier he had 18 without any PP goals. He spent a fair bit of time in Norris's spot on the PP when Norris was out. He scored no PP goals because he whiffed on a lot on pucks he should have put in the net. He's not a PP player and barring injury likely sees zero time there this year.

I 100% agree he's a valuable piece. Great on PK. Hard to play against. I just don't see a lot of untapped potential offence. If we need that top 4 D and something has to go, he's a pretty likely candidate to move along.

He almost had 20 last year, in his second NHL season. His speed and game translate to NHL offence. All he needs is to work on his touch a little more.

Rough few days for Flyers fans. They thought Giroux would sign back there after being traded at deadline and Gaudreau would come "home" and sign with them.

Instead, it was Giroux that went home and the player they traded and re-signed was Justin Braun..
