Is there a difference in franchise mode when simming through games vs watching the individual games in CPU vs CPU mode?
I basically created a team with the roster and players from the junior team i work for, adjusted the ratings so they are similar to NHL and replaced a team and played as my team in a season.
I like to essentially watch the games in cpu vs cpu mode and the team was getting crushed every game and was 10 games below 500 after about 25 games.
I then simmed through the next 30 games and all of a sudden by team was first in the division so I tried watching the next couple games in CPU vs CPU and lost them both.
Is there a way to just sim the games and watch highlights? NHL 18 seems way glitchier than the ps3 versions that I had in the past and there is also almost no fighting even with fighting cranked way up in the settings.
