Fox Sports Go issue

So I recently decided to download fox sports go so I can watch Kings and Ducks play , so I sign up with my charter account and it doesn't let me have access to the games for some damn reason. I watch the games on charter cable how the hell do I not get access to games on the app when I have access with my tv ? Anyone else having issues with the app like this ? Pathetic really.

The app is very finicky from my experience with it, and I log in using a DirecTV account.

Just had this issue, call and talk to the Internet department. Tell them your issue, and suggest they either escalate the ticket or try synchronizing it. Had that done and it works perfectly for me. It took about 3 weeks and about 10 different people to get it fixed. Hope that helps.
