I feel...alone.
Manatees, also known as sea cows, are apparently delicious. Supposedly they're yummier than filet mignon according to somebody I know that illegally consumed some a while back. Those things are heavily protected though. You look at one funny and you'll get a huge fine. Go so far as touch one, and you'll find yourself in the slammer. I think if your caught killing and eating one, you and your whole family get the electric chair.

One of the witnesses told him molesting manatees was illegal.
“I’m riding it!†he retorted.
Police arrived and saw him “reaching for, touching and lying over top of manatees in the creek.â€
He first denied anybody had told him it’s illegal to ride manatees, but after a while he said, yeah, they did, but he was waiting for “somebody with a badge†to tell him to stop.
The Florida Wildlife Commission officer said he was only going to issue a notice to appear in court on the misdemeanor manatee violation. But Massengale smarted off and said he wouldn't even show up for court. Then he began to chant, “Take me to jail! Take me to jail!â
