Alumni - no, not really. Not a whole lot of Jets alumni live here.
Promo nights - yes, the Jets website has a list of what and for which games
Mascot - yes, Mick E Moose. Kiss cam, I think so.
Beers - $10 or more, depending on what you want. There's a small program thing they give you for free, at least there was last I went. Merch stores are on the main level, mid level, and upper level.
50/50 is $5, $10, or $20. Not sure about the pots these days.

Speaking from experience working there for over a year, concessions for food + liquor is expensive af. Even snacks are marked up a fair bit. Either eat and drink up before the game or stock up well on funds for the night. If you are eating there, I’d highly suggest the Jet dogs or loaded fries. The gourmet burgers are pretty good as well.
Mascots are Mick E. Moose and Benny. Programs are given if you can get there early, as they empty up pretty quick. Alumni don’t really sign anything. The other poster above me laid out the other details pretty well in regards to programs, merch stores and the locations.

If you buy before the end of the warm up Bud and Bud light are $6, after that it gets expensive. Merch store is Jets Gear and the will announce one special a night, sometimes a really good deal. 50/50 is a rip off unless you get a $20 ticket. Depending if it is a weekday or weekend the pot varies quite a bit. A weekend with a traditional 6 team usually goes over $80,000. 1/2 that on a low demand weekday game. That's total pot so 1/2 to the winner. Promo games listed on the website, but the big ones for the year have passed. Bobblehead night and Teemu and Teppo night being the big ones this season. No programs, but you can get a lineup card for free from the gate attendant.

Thanks everyone for your feed back, I see that not every home game a promo night, oh well, do they not have programs you can buy? Rather than the come early to get free ones?

They hand out a lineup card at the entrances to the seating bowl that has basic info like rosters, W/L record, etc.
You can buy a yearbook at the souvenir kiosks but it is a truly weird publication. It has less text than a porno mag. It's not something you buy for the articles... just big pictures of the players and nothing else.
I miss the days of JETS Magazine when two bucks or whatever it was bought you plenty of reading material. Hell, even the little mini-mag they used to hand out for the first few years of Jets 2.0 was pretty good too.

Don't wear anything bulky, leave your jacket etc in the car and use the dowtown walkways to get their to stay warm. Seats are tight and with extra clothing its damn near awful.
