I don't think that matters much at all. These are grown ass men. They largely are what they are.

What probably matters a lot more is the type of player those coaches have as their pets and if they add something the mix. The solution to these kinds of problems comes from the room.

There are absolutely coaches that get more out of a group than the parts that are there. Grown men also can become very complacent when their seat is burning...

I wouldnt care if they were a mess and losing, couldnt care less. I care that they dont seem to care and there is no pushback which is the same we have seen for years now. I think most of us were hoping to see a new team attitude right from the start instead of more of the same...
