It doesnt make sense to go front one players coach to another players coach. It is usually cyclical that teams go from a players coach to a general type coach, although the torts, sutters, and babcocks of the world are becoming more and more rare.

I don't think that matters much at all. These are grown ass men. They largely are what they are.

What probably matters a lot more is the type of player those coaches have as their pets and if they add something the mix. The solution to these kinds of problems comes from the room.
