Toronto Maple Leafs, and Team Canada, coach Pat Quinn doesn't think that Aki Berg will be able to play in the Olympics.
Quinn told the Toronto Star, "I can't speak for (the Finnish team), but if he can't play for us, I can't see how he can play for them. He's still having considerable pain in the rib area. Something is going on there."
The Star indicates that Berg will be having an MRI to determine the extent of the rib damage that has kept him out since January 26.
Berg played for Finland in the 1998 and 2002 Olympics, as well as the 2004 World Cup of Hockey.
In 47 games for the Leafs this year, Berg has three assists and a minus-2 rating.
