It can be about anything obviously. The final result, the team that was defeated, the journey through the series, the way a player performed in the series, etc.

Gotta be the Ucks in '14. Their fan would have been gloating for about a week until the 'Hawks would have completed their sweep of Anaheim. Then all the media would have been talking about Chicago's dynasty for years.
But still the Ucks fan would have been crowing about how they beat us, blah blah blah.

We should expand this however. Most favorite series of all times.........

Gotta be 1976 against the Bruins and 1982 against the Oilers, along with 1993 against the Maple Leafs. I would also include 2001 against the Red Wings into the mix.

#1 -2012 vs. NJ Devils
#2 - 2014 vs. Chi Blackhawks
#3 - 2014 vs. SJ Sharts
#4 - 2012 vs. Van Canucks
#5 - 2014 vs. NY Rangers

My favorite series that is not recent history is 1989 vs. Edm Oilers.

I was particularly fond of the NYR series, only to see Rangers fans piss and moan over everything after we all spent weeks telling them their team had no chance (and we were right).

2001 wings series will always rank up there for me. 2012 Blues was pretty epic as well.

2014 Ducks (we all hate them)
2012 Blues (our building was so rocking after game 4)
2014 Sharks (sweet sweet comeback)
2012 Vancouver (my friends thought I was nuts when I bet them all we would win this series).

Can't wait to see what 2015 and beyond brings.
