Beer League schlub here. I had a pair of Graf Ultra G5's that would make a noise similar to the one in question here. Not sure if it was a combo of the hardness of the ice, the hollow I used on my steel, or the holder and steel causing the vibration, but every time I stopped, it did sound very close to what is heard on the clip in the OP.
