One of the top talents out of Finland for his birth year. He put up very good numbers at the u14 WSI this year and has already gotten into some u16 games as a 14 year old. Definitely a promising player for the future. Exited to see how he develops going forward.

Purely EP stat-watching, but he has 10 points in 10 games already at the u20 level, pretty impressive
Slight correction - U18 not U20. Still impressive but if he were at PPG in U20 at 14 that would be another level entirely!

Pulju was at 1.20 at 14, Laine at 0.98 but they also played way more of their 14 year-old seasons at the U18 level as opposed to this kid with a mid-season promotion.

More comparable statistical seasons recently are guys like Tuomas Uronen and Jesse Nurmi. Thought he’s pacing ahead of where Tolvanen and Kemell were at that age. So…purely statistically speaking he is one to watch but not doing anything incredible or bonkers!

I was just going to make the same correction, but you were quicker. But anyway very good numbers for that age. I don’t know anything about him as a player though. Has anyone seen him play and what kind of thoughts did his play give maybe then?

Also only played top 10 teams outside of 1 game against jyp, must be decent 2way player to play that many ages up for hifk top6 especially since their playing the upper u18

Will definitely be in the U16 national team this season in Finland. Great skater, good with the puck, solid player. Not extremely outstanding in any aspect, though. To the extent I have seen Finnish juniors, he will have a rock solid hockey career if stays healthy, maybe in the NHL as well. Hope all the best to the promising junior!

Currently, among the players going to the 2026 draft, he is second in the number of points scored after the Czech Jakub Frolo. And in terms of PPG it is the first.
